The Flipping Flea was established in 2018 with one mission: to bring a indoor flea market to Williamsburg with a twist. Helping small business owners is what inspired us in the beginning and it continues to drive us today. We pride ourselves in offering the opportunities for many small business owners to have a place where they can sell their wares without breaking the bank. With the variety our merchants offer, people come back time and time again to The Flipping Flea because they know they’ll find what they’re looking or they may find something totally unexpected! The Flipping Flea’s 3300-square-foot, indoor facility is a shared-retail concept where entrepreneurs can be present to make their sales, or have their goods purchased at the centralized cashier. It essentially mimics an incubator where people can open their own businesses and still make it economically viable. What’s even better is vendors don’t have to sweat a long-term commitment. In some instances The Flipping Flea offers spaces for weekend, month-to-month or terms as little as 3 months.
