We are a co-ed fitness center established in 1983 in Williamsburg, now located in the heart of New Town. Along with free weights and exercise equipment, we offer fitness, cycling, cardio and strength classes. Come let us help you get in shape or stay in shape!

At Iron-Bound Gym you’ll find all of the latest cardio and strength training equipment along with a dynamic group exercise program that includes classes like yoga, group cycling, step, P90X, muscle endurance training, zumba and trx.
