The mission of Gloucester Yoga is to bring affordable yoga and other related practices to the community, thereby enhancing the overall well-being of its clients. Currently there are many styles of yoga, tai chi and kids Zumba.

Gloucester Yoga’s MISSION is to provide affordable yoga and related activities in an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing environment. Caring and encouraging instructors will provide a variety of yoga styles so that people of all body types and fitness levels can create or grow their practice for greater health, happiness, and well-being. Our VISION is to not lose sight of our current mission.

We believe yoga is so much more than the physical poses and we strive to bring all aspects of yoga into classes. Whether you practice yoga to increase flexibility, relieve stress, enhance your mental clarity, or to improve your overall health, Gloucester Yoga is here to guide you along your path as you discover yoga’s healing powers.

All yoga instructors have completed a 200 hour teacher training program. In addition, half of the instructors have completed the 300 hour advanced teacher training program. At this studio, you can participate in variety of yoga styles from beginner to advanced including chair, gentle, Iyengar, vinyasa, power yoga and barre as well.
