Who knew that same boy would come to America at age 15 and work his way up the restaurant ladder to establish his very own restaurant in 2008! Francesco actually makes the bread for the subs and the entrees from the same bread recipe he learned as a young boy in Sicily.

Some people are born to be politicians, doctors, or lawyers. Francesco’s life was predestined to be a restaurateur and chef. He knew for a fact that this was his calling the very first day he began developing his talents in that little bakery in Sicily, at 8 years old.
