Q New to CrossFit

Come take advantage of our CrossFit 101 – “Intro to CrossFit” private course which is included in your first month payment. 101 is three private training classes where you learn the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit and is scheduled at a time that best fits your needs and then a fourth private class where you have a coach 1 on 1 with you in an actual class setting. Athletes must complete all three classes before they can attend the regular CrossFit classes. Contact us to schedule your 101 training.
